Don Kashama

Co-owner of Kashama Bailey Attorneys

Don De Dieu Kashama is a director and co-founder of KB Attorneys Inc. She completed her LLB degree at the University of The Western Cape. She also attended The School for Legal Practice at the University of Cape Town. She is an Admitted attorney of the High Court of South Africa. Don has a wealth of experience in administration of deceased estates, evictions, property law and contract drafting.

 

Don is well-respected, enthusiastic, meticulous, and self-motivated; skilled at communicating and developing relationships with everyone that crosses her path. Her pursuit for a career in law was driven by her desire to help people and assist them with finding practical solutions to their problems. She loves spending time simplifying complicated legal matters to ensures effective and efficient experience for her clients. Her clients describe her as an “honest, compassionate, responsive, resilient, thoughtful and knowledgeable” person. No matter how difficult the challenge is, she will always put her best efforts forth.

 

In her free time, Don enjoys spending time with friends in nature, music, trying out new foods and volunteering at various community outreach organisations.

Michaela Bailey

Michaela Shaneel Bailey is a director and co-founder of KB Attorneys Inc. She completed her LLB degree at the University of The Western Cape. She is an Admitted attorney of the High Court of South Africa. Michaela has a wealth of experience in civil litigation, particularly family law, divorce, and matrimonial law.

 

Michaela is highly organised, dedicated, detail-orientated and passionate. Praised for her ability to think “out of the box” as well as her ability to make each client feel like a priority. She has pursued a career in law because of the injustice she sees every day. Michaela is determined to make a difference whether her impact is on one person in need or a whole community. Her passion drives her to find effective and innovative legal solutions for her clients. Her clients value her ethics, compassion, confidence, resilience, and ability to have an open and honest conversation. Michaela prioritises building relationships with clients because she invests her all into each matter. She shows perseverance when times get tough but always gives her best and nothing less.

 

In her spare time, Michaela dedicates her time to volunteering at children’s homes, contributing to non-profit organisations to help the community. She also enjoys spending time in the kitchen whilst baking and cooking for her family.
